Financial Wellness FAQ

Who normally takes this course?

Anyone that wants a little help or wants to learn the proper order to do things financially. Most people feel that no matter how much money they make it is never enough. At the end of each month, the money is gone. If I earn extra money it does not seem to be leftover but we aren’t sure where it went. There’s a reason for that and this class helps you understand why that is happening.

I'm 'broke". Is this even worth my time?

If you’re “broke” this is for you. It’s free to first responders, and it will help you to learn the fundamentals of managing your cash flow. Many of our clients were “broke” when they started with us. We understand where you are and some small changes can make a very big difference in your life.

What are you going to try to sell me?

We aren’t trying to sell you anything. We give NO advice and make NO recommendations.

If you’re happy with what we ‘ve provided, we’ve earned trust, you understand YOUR benefits and YOUR money better because of what you learned from us, we like our chances if you need advice or recommendations, or see the value in our client process.

If you do become a client, it’s FAR easier for us to work with them because they have their stuff together and are able to take a holistic view of their finances.

How much time does it take?

It somewhat depends on where you are in your life and how organized you are to start. You work at your own pace. It also depends on how much effort you put in. If you put in none, it takes no time at all.

The average person could push through in a few (non-consecutive) hours.

The amount of time it takes, and value you receive, is directly correlated with the effort you put in.

What do you do with my information/data?

We help you look at everything. So, EVERYTHING.

But we only look at generic information. Account balances and details. We don’t look at any “personal” information like account numbers, social security numbers, etc…

We would never sell or share any information, we don’t even look at anything that is possible to sell.
